Here's our policy to ensure a seamless experience: Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept returns or exchanges for products that do not meet your satisfaction. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that Samples and Testers are not eligible for return. Product Condition: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions: It should be unused. In its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact. At least 95% of the perfume must remain in the bottle. Who Can Apply for a Return or Exchange? If you receive a damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete product, you are eligible for a return or exchange. In your email, provide the reason for the return or exchange along with your order details. Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Shipping

We can ship to any address in Pakistan. Note that when you receive our perfume please put it in the fridge for at least 48 hours for the right blending of scents. It will take around 3-7 days to deliver the shipment at your address.
